Hokkaido, the northernmost island in Japan, is a land of magnificent natural landscapes and abundant resources. MORI NO RISU’s soft-serve ice cream is produced in RIMO, a gelato ice cream shop, in the outskirts of Abashiri, Hokkaido.
The gelato maestro Mr. Satoshi Takada, store manager of RIMO, got the first prize in the world’s largest gelato international convention - the 9th Sherbeth Festival in Italy in 2017. The receipt of soft-serve ice cream sold at MORI NO RISU is created by him. The soft-serve base is completely made in Abashiri and directly delivered to MORI NO RISU in Okinawa. Enjoy the World’s best soft serve ice cream, a masterpiece created by Mr. Takada!

The shop’s name changed from RISU NO MORI to RIMO on FEB 2019.

Milk-based TOP OF THE WORLD is produced by an Italian machine CARPIGIANI.
The soft-serve ice cream maker made in Italy (home of gelato) can create totally different taste from other brands. The adjustment to the air volume creates smooth and melt-in-the-mouth fluffy texture just like whipped cream which can bring you a new experience to soft-serve ice cream.
